Managing Director of Janak Equipments, Kuntal Bhati brings over 30 years of experience in the hygiene chemicals and disinfectant manufacturing industry. He has worked extensively with Central and State departments, including Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), Facility Management (FM) companies, Indian Railways, and various PSUs across India. His deep understanding of government procurement processes, compliance frameworks, and on-ground execution has been instrumental in building strong institutional relationships and driving consistent business growth for the organization.

Janhvi Sharma Bhati

Janhvi Sharma Bhati brings a global perspective to Janak Equipments, backed by a Master’s degree from San Diego State University and professional experience with organizations like HP and JLL. She has worked across diverse business environments, gaining exposure to international standards in operations and process management. At Janak Equipments, she focuses on streamlining workflows, improving operational efficiency, and implementing scalable systems that enhance productivity, ensure consistency, and support long-term organizational growth.

Akshat Bhati

Founder of Janak Equipments, Akshat Bhati leads the company’s technical direction and operational strategy with a strong focus on efficiency and scalability. He holds a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Texas at Dallas and has gained valuable international exposure in the United States. At Janak Equipments, he oversees product development, logistics, and system optimization, building structured, highly efficient and future-ready processes that drive innovation, ensure consistent performance, and enable sustainable long-term growth.
